Most leadership training is based on approaches that are decades old (the first evolution of leadership development). In the first evolution, leadership was about selecting the RIGHT person.
Other leadership development is still steeped in the second evolution – training skills and competencies. This is the realm of one-day workshops and online courses, assuming that leaders are the sum of their skills.
OwlHub is trailblazing the third evolution of leadership development. It’s about developing the individual’s ability to navigate complexity with wisdom, and maximizing potential by evolving human systems. We’ve rethought leadership development based on scientific research, and developed a systematic method to transform leaders.
